Proxies were solicited pursuant to the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 14, 2022. The number of shares of common stock entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting was 29,275,592 shares, representing the number of the Company’s shares outstanding as of the record date, March 31, 2022.
