Palmer Square Capital BDC

Palmer Square Capital BDC Inc. (the “Company”) is a financial services company that primarily lends to and invests in corporate debt securities of companies, including small to large private U.S. companies. The Company was organized as a Maryland corporation on August 26, 2019 and is structured as an externally managed, non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Company has elected to be regulated as a business development company (“BDC”) under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”). Beginning with its taxable year ending December 31, 2020, the Company has elected to be treated as a regulated investment company (“RIC”) under Subchapter M of the Internal Revenue Code of 1985, as amended (the “Code”) and expects to qualify as a RIC thereafter. The Company commenced operations on January 23, 2020. Palmer Square BDC Funding I, LLC (“PS BDC Funding”) was formed on January 21, 2020 and entered into a senior, secured revolving credit facility with BofA N.A. Palmer Square BDC Funding II LLC (“PS BDC Funding II”) was formed on September 8, 2020 and entered into a senior, secured credit facility with Wells Fargo, National Association.
