Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
On November 9, 2011 Municipal Mortgage & Equity, LLC held its annual meeting of shareholders. At that meeting, the shareholders of Municipal Mortgage & Equity, LLC elected Douglas A. McGregor and Fred N. Pratt, Jr. to the Board of Directors for a three year term and ratified the selection of KPMG, LLP as independent registered public accountant for the year ended 2011. As to these matters, the numbers of votes cast for or against, as well as the number of abstentions and broker non-votes, are as set forth below:
