Section 8 – Other Events
On November 12, 2010, the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority (the “Authority”) announced that it has engaged Blackstone Advisory Partners, L.P. to assist the Authority in its strategic planning and analysis in connection with its business and financial goals, including operational improvements, contemplated hotel projects and the Authority’s bank and bond maturities.
