Item 8.01 Other Events
On June 10, 2021, the Company entered into definitive agreements with Scandinavian Airline System (“SAS”) for the purchase and leaseback of twenty International Aero Engines AG V2500 aircraft engines. The Company completed the purchase and leaseback of one of the aircraft engines and anticipates closing on the remaining nineteen aircraft engines by September 2021.
