Effective April 8, 2015, Mr. Frisby resigned his position as President and Chief Executive Officer of Triumph Group, Inc. and also from the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Frisby is no longer an "Officer", as that term is defined for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended and promulgated thereunder.
