Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
On June 4, 2007, Cardima, Inc. (the "Company") filed with the Secretary of State of Delaware a Certificate of Elimination to remove from its certificate of incorporation the Series A Participating Preferred Stock.
On June 6, the Company filed with the Secretary of State of Delaware a Certificate of Designation for a new Series A Preferred Stock.
