Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
Effective May 11, 2010, Cardima, Inc.’s (the “Company”) common stock commenced trading under a new trading symbol, “CADMD”. The new trading symbol was assigned by Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in connection with the approval of the Company’s reverse stock split in a 1-for-10 ratio. The Company’s trading symbol will revert to “CADM” within 20 business days.
On May 11, 2010, the Company issued a press release with respect to the foregoing. A copy of such press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K. The information in Exhibit 99.1 is being furnished and shall not be deemed “filed” for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that Section. Such information shall not be deemed incorporated by reference into any registration statement or other document filed with the SEC.
