Explanation of Responses:

1. Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs) sold on the NASDAQ Stockholm exchange for an average price of 1,008.0265 Swedish kronor per SDR. Converted to USD based on exchange rate of $0.0923 per Swedish krona.

2. The reporting person effected multiple same-way open market sale transactions on the same day at different prices through a trade order executed by a broker dealer. The reporting person reported on a single line all such transactions that occurred within a one-dollar price range. The reporting person hereby undertakes to provide upon request by the Securities and Exchange Commission staff, the issuer, or a shareholder of the issuer, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.

3. The range of prices for such transaction is 1008.0000 Swedish kronor to 1008.5000 Swedish kronor.

4. SDRs are held in a pension plan account controlled by the reporting person. Prior reports filed by the reporting person inadvertently described the securities held in the pension plan account as shares of common stock instead of SDRs.

5. SDRs sold on the NASDAQ Stockholm exchange for an average price of 1,006.8229 Swedish kronor per SDR. Converted to USD based on exchange rate of $0.0923 per Swedish krona.

6. The range of prices for such transaction is 10065.5000 Swedish kronor to 1008.0000 Swedish kronor.
