or"RTNStealth")ispleasedtoannouncethatToddHalpernwilljoinitsBoardofDirectors.Mr.
Halpernwillbefillingthevacancycreatedbytoday’sresignationofMr.LuckyJandaasdirector
oftheCompany.
Mr.HalperncurrentlyresidesasPresidentofHalpernEnterprises.Mr.Halpernandhisfamily
havebeeninthebusinessofimportingfinewinesandspiritsintoCanadaforover57years. Mr.
HalpernjoinedHalpernEnterprisesin1979,andsincehasgrownthecompanytremendously.
Today,thecompanyrepresentsover100oftheWorld'sfinestwineandspiritproducers.
ServingontheTorontoGeneralHospitalBoardsince2005,Mr.HalpernisBoardChampionof
theKrembilNeuroscienceCentre'sKrembilDiscoveryTowerandKrembilNeuroProgram.Heis
alsoChairoftheGrandCruCulinaryWineFestival,whichbenefitsresearchatUniversityHealth
Network.
Mr.HalpernwasalsoamemberoftheBoardofSentinelleMedicalInc.andwasinvolvedinthe
successfulacquisitionofthecompanybyHologicInc.HeisalsoamemberoftheBoardof
Mobilotto,asoftwaredevelopmentcompanyfocusedoncreatingsecuremobilegamesfor
regulatedenvironments.

RTNispleasedtoannouncethat,inaccordancewiththeCompany’sstockoptionplan,ithas
awardedMr.Halpernatotalof300,000incentivestockoptionsatanexercisepriceof$0.35
withafiveyear(5)expirydateofOctober12,2015.

totheCompany.

The Company is also pleased to announce the following organizational changes to its
managementteam.Mr.JohnDomahasbeenappointedtheCompany’sCFO,followingthe
resignationofMr.LarryTsang.
Mr.RanaVighasresignedfromhispositionasExecutiveVicePresident,CorporateOperations,
oftheCompany.
OnbehalfoftheCompany,Mr.BoulterwishestothankMessrs.TsangandVigfortheirservices
anddedicationtotheCompany.
Mr.Janda’shasalsoresignedasCEOoftheCompany.Withboardapproval,Mr.Boulterwillbe
