On December 7, 2006, Claimsnet.com inc. (“Claimsnet”) accepted the resignation of Kent McRee as its President. Claimsnet appointed Don Crosbie to succeed Mr. McCree as President. Mr. Crosbie now serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Claimsnet.
