On October 29, 2014, Corgenix Medical Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the Company’s preliminary results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2015 (ended September 30, 2014). The full text of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
