WHX SETS DATE FOR ITS 2004 ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS MEETING
New York, N.Y. (March 25, 2004) WHX Corporation (NYSE: WHX) announced today that
it has set a meeting date and a record date for its 2004 annual meeting of
stockholders. The Company's annual meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 2,
2004, at a place and time to be announced. The record date for stockholders
entitled to vote at the meeting is April 20, 2004.
