On July 15, 2021, Blucora, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has increased its second quarter and full-year outlook. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
As previously announced, on June 15, 2021, the Company will host a virtual Investor Day. A copy of the materials to be presented at the Investor Day is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
The event will be webcast via the Company’s events page on its investor relations website. Investor Day materials and the webcast replay will also be posted on the Company’s investor relations website at https://www.blucora.com/investors.
