Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 15, 2021, Contango Oil & Gas Company (the “Company” or “Contango”) issued a press release providing its financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
