Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure

On February 21, 2008, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit scheduled for April 10, 2008 a hearing on the appeal taken by AngioDynamics, Inc. and Vascular Solutions, Inc. of the $14.6 million judgment awarded to Diomed Holdings, Inc. as a result of the March 2007 trial of Diomed’s successful patent infringement lawsuit regarding Diomed’s United States Patent Number 6,398,777 for the endovascular laser treatment of varicose veins. The Court is expected to issue its decision on the appeal at a later date.
