On Janaury 2, 2009, Pangea Petroleum Corp filed a Form 8-K to announce the resignation of Charles B. Pollock. The incorrect resignation year was stated but this has now been corrected.
Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
Charles Pollock resigned from his position as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors effective December 23, 2008. His resignation is not a result of any disagreement with the Company.
Mr. Alan Premel was appointed President and a member of the Board of Directors on December 23, 2008. Until his appointment as President, Mr. Premel worked as an independent consultant for over 10 years, including internationally. He has advised energy companies as well other small to mid-sized companies.
