We commenced operations of our luxury resort known as the “Beach House” located in Barbuda, West Indies during August 2004 after completing a significant renovation of the resort. During fiscal 2004, occupancy at our resort was limited, and we recognized $293,666 in revenues (audited) for the period. The Company expects to recognize approximately $1,600,000 in revenues during fiscal 2005.
