Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On November 21, 2005, Dwango North America Corp. (the “Company”) filed a Form 8-K under Item 5.02 to report that on November 18, 2005, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Rex S. Jackson, Senior Vice President, Acting Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Synopsys, Inc., as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
On November 23, 2005, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Mr. Jackson to serve on the Company’s Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
