Novadaq Announces Public Offering of Common Shares
Toronto, Ontario—October 23, 2013 –Novadaq® Technologies Inc. (“Novadaq” or the “Company”) (TSX: NDQ, NASDAQ: NVDQ), a developer of real-time medical imaging systems for use in the operating room, announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of its common shares. The offering is being conducted in the United States pursuant to the Company’s effective shelf registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). The price to the public of each common share will be subject to market conditions.
Piper Jaffray & Co. will act as sole underwriter for the offering.
The common shares will be issued in the United States pursuant to the Company’s effective shelf registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and will not be offered for sale or distributed in any province or territory in Canada.
