Explanation of Responses:

1. A portion of the Reporting Person's shares of Class A Common Stock are subject to automatic reinvestment of dividends pursuant to the Issuer's Dividend Reinvestment Plan. On January 16, 2015, April 17, 2015, July 17, 2015 and October 16, 2015, dividends paid on these shares were automatically reinvested in additional Class A Common Stock for the benefit of the Reporting Person in amounts of 190.182 shares, 201.265 shares, 229.342 shares and 232.693 shares, respectively.

2. This figure includes 4,850 restricted shares of Class A Common Stock issued pursuant to the Issuer's Amended and Restated Restricted Stock Award Plan.
