On October 12, 2021, Itaú Corpbanca issued a press release announcing that it will release its results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2021, before the market opens in Santiago and in New York on Friday, October 29, 2021, and inviting investors to join a conference call regarding the results on Tuesday, November 2, 2021. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
On October 12, 2021, Itaú Corpbanca published on its website its results as of and for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2021 and 2020, which are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
