On August 3, 2021, Manitex International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021 (the “Press Release”). The full text of the Press Release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report. The Company’s conference call and webcast will take place today August 3, 2021 at 4:30 pm eastern time to discuss the second quarter 2021 results.
