Section 8 – Other Events
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 2, 2007 Community Bank of Arizona, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Community Bancorp (NASDAQ: CBON), announced that Gerald Ernst has resigned as a Director and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Community Bank of Arizona. Mr. Ernst resigned to pursue other business interests. Edward M. Jamison, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Community Bank of Arizona and Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Community Bancorp has been appointed interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the Arizona Bank.
