LAS VEGAS, NEVADA – (BUSINESS WIRE), January 24, 2008– The Board of Directors ofCommunity Bancorp (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CBON), parent company of Community Bank of Nevada and Community Bank of Arizona, announced today that Mr. Russell C. Taylor, a founding shareholder and director of the Company and Community Bank of Nevada, notified the Board of Directors of his retirement from the Board of which he has served as a director for the past 13 years. Concurrent with Mr. Taylor’s retirement from the Company’s Board was his retirement as a director from the Board of Community Bank of Nevada.
Mr. Edward M. Jamison, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, stated that; “Mr. Taylor was instrumental in the opening and growth of the Company over the last 13 years and his leadership, experience, and wisdom will not be forgotten.
