Item 5.03: Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On July 12, 2007, the Board of Directors of Tiger Ethanol International Inc. (the “Company”) approved a change of its fiscal year end from November 30th to January 31st. The Company intends to file a Report on Form 10-KSB covering the transition period from December 1, 2006 to January 31, 2007, and thereafter to file quarterly reports on Form 10-QSB reflecting the revised fiscal year end. The Board has amended Article XI of the Company’s By-Laws to reflect the adoption of January 31st as the new fiscal year end.
