Amendment to Articles of Incorporation
On February 17, 2012, Cono Italiano, Inc. (the “Company”) filed an amendment to the Company’s articles of incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada to increase the Company’s authorized common stock from one hundred million (100,000,000) to one hundred and fifty million (150,000,000) shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share.
