Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On January 23, 2006, WorldSpace, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it had appointed Shishir Lall as managing director of operations for India, and Stephen Horn as chief marketing officer based at the Company’s Silver Spring headquarters. The Company issued a press release on January 23, 2006 with respect to these appointments which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
