Amec Foster Wheeler plc - update re Neil Carson - non-executive director
Pursuant to listing rule 9.6.14 (2), we hereby advise that Neil Carson, non-executive director of Amec Foster Wheeler plc, is to join the Board of Directors of TT Electronics plc ('TT Electronics') as Chairman with effect from the close of TT Electronics' 2015 annual general meeting to be held on 12 May 2015.
TT Electronics is an innovative global electronics company supplying world leading manufacturers and is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
