Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 30, 2021, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta (the "Bank") was informed by Travis “Tra” Cosby, III, who serves as the member director for the State of Alabama, that he would not seek re-election as a director of the Bank in the Bank's 2021 election of directors. Mr. Cosby will continue to serve the remainder of his current term, which is scheduled to expire on December 31, 2021. Mr. Cosby has indicated to the Bank that his decision is based solely on personal reasons and not because of any disagreement with the Bank.
