Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 1, 2007, MedAire, Inc. (the "Company") completed an organizational change in its information technology department. In addition to his financial related responsibilities, Roger D. Sandeen, Chief Financial Officer for the Company, will assume responsibility for the Company’s information technology department. Until May 1, 2007, this department was managed by its Chief Technology Officer, James Gibson, who left the Company.
