Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 10, 2021, Harrow Health, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and a letter to stockholders announcing its financial results for the period ended June 30, 2021 and an update on recent corporate events. The press release and letter to stockholders are being furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
