Explanation of Responses:

1. These shares were sold by Canaan VII L.P. (the "Canaan Fund").

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $1.60 - $1.69, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth in footnote (2) to this Form 4.

3. These shares are held directly by the Canaan Fund. Canaan Partners VII LLC ("Canaan VII" and together with the Canaan Fund, the "Canaan Entities") is the sole general partner of the Canaan Fund and each may be deemed to have sole voting, investment and dispositive power with respect to the shares held by the Canaan Fund. Warren Lee, a non-managing member of Canaan VII, serves as the representative of the Canaan Entities on the Issuer's board of directors. Mr. Lee disclaims beneficial ownership in the securities held by the Canaan Fund, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest, if any, in such securities by virtue of the limited liability company interests he owns in Canaan VII.

4. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $1.60 - $1.62, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth in footnote (4) to this Form 4.

5. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $1.60 - $1.81, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth in footnote (5) to this Form 4.
