On August 19, 2021, Nuverra Environmental Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended and six months ended June 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
