This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $75.41 to $76.29. The price reported above reflects the weighted average purchase price. The Reporting Person hereby undertakes to provide, upon request, to the SEC staff, the issuer or security holder of the issuer full information regarding the number of shares and prices at which each transaction was effected.

2. 160,862 options to purchase shares of Common Stock granted on November 14, 2007, vesting over a four-year period, with 50% vested on November 14, 2009, and 25% vested on each of November 14, 2010 and 2011.
