("DNVB"), a bank holding company for the Bank of Denver. • As consideration for the merger, we paid cash in the amount of $32.6 million. • During the first quarter of 2024, the core banking system conversion was completed. In addition, we closed and consolidated the operations of a MidWestOne banking office located in Denver, Colorado into the former Bank of Denver banking office.
