We are a financial services company that provides a comprehensive platform of financial services to individuals, businesses and other organizations. We currently conduct our operations in California, Nevada, Florida, Hawaii, and Texas. Our integrated platform provides banking products and services, investment advisory and wealth management services and trust services to effectively and efficiently meet the financial needs of our clients. We provide business banking products and services to small to moderate-sized businesses and professional firms, and consumer banking products and services to individuals and families. As of June 30, 2022, we had $11.2 billion of total assets, $8.9 billion of loans, $0.5 billion of loans held for sale, $9.5 billion of deposits, $4.8 billion of assets under management, and $1.2 billion of trust assets under advisement. Our investment advisory and wealth management and trust services provide us with substantial, fee-based, recurring revenues, such that in the first two quarters of 2022, our non-interest income was 15.6% of our total revenues.
We are registered as a bank holding company under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended.
