Effective August 26, 2014, Amarantus Bioscience Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) entered into a master services agreement (the “MSA”) with ICON Clinical Research Limited (“ICON”) pursuant to which the Company retained ICON to provide the Company with certain central laboratory services in connection with certain research studies. The services ordered will be set forth in work orders which will consist of a statement of work, a budget and a payment schedule. The agreement is for a term of four years unless terminated in accordance with its terms.
