1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one SNI Class A Common Share.

2. As reported hereon, the restricted stock units vested on 3/1/17 and were paid out in Class A Common Shares.

3. As reported hereon, 50% of the restricted stock units vested on 3/1/17 and were paid out in Class A Common Shares and the remainder vest on 3/1/18.

4. As reported hereon, 1/3 of the restricted stock units vested on 3/1/17 and were paid out in Class A Common Shares and the remainder vest in equal installments on 3/1/18 and 3/1/19

5. The restricted stock units vest in equal installments on 3/1/18, 3/1/19 and 3/1/20.

6. 50% of the restricted stock units vested on 2/28/17 and the other 50% vest on 2/28/18.
