SECTION 1 – REGISTRANT’S BUSINESS AND OPERATIONS
Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement
Tech Associates Inc. Terminates its Advisory Agreement with American Housing Income Trust Inc.
On November 24, 2015, Tech Associates Inc., in correspondence to Sean Zarinegar, Jeff Howard, and the Board of Directors of American Housing Income Trust Inc., terminated the Advisory Agreement, effective November 24, 2015. Exhibit 10.3 is hereby attached as reference.
Separately, on December 4, 2015, American Housing Income Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) had terminated its Consulting Agreement with Barry Migliorini. The notice of termination is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.4. There are no known disagreements between the parties.
