SECTION 1 – REGISTRANT’S BUSINESS AND OPERATIONS
Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On January 12, 2016, American Housing Income Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a Mutual Release Agreement with Tech Associates, Inc. (“Tech”), whereby in consideration of a release of any and all further obligations by AHIT under the Consulting Agreement, Tech agreed to release the Company of any and all further obligations, and agreed to cancel 24,000 shares of the Company’s stock that had been previously issued to Tech. The Company has notified its transfer agent of the cancelation. The cancelation will be reflected on the Company’s Form S-11/A.
