Montrade is an industry leading designer and manufacturer of machines for a wide range of products, including heated tobacco products.
The foregoing description of the terms of the agreement does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the agreement, which will be filed with the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2022 or via an amendment to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
