Item 8.01 Other Events
On July 13, 2022, the British Columbia Securities Commission (the “BCSC”) issued an order revoking the cease trade order originally issued against Quest Water Global, Inc. (the “Company”) on April 23, 2015 (the “CTO”) for failing to file certain outstanding continuous disclosure documents in a timely manner.
As a result of the revocation of the CTO by the BCSC, investors in British Columbia, Canada are no longer prohibited from trading shares of the Company’s common stock in that jurisdiction.
