On June 1, 2021, Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation, acquired 100% of the equity interests of Kansas City, Missouri-based UTXL, Inc. A copy of the press release announcing the acquisition is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.
