Spirit of Texas Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for Spirit of Texas Bank, SSB, is presenting at the Gulf South Bank Conference, which will be held virtually on May 3, 2021 through May 4, 2021. A copy of the investor presentation that the Company will use at the conference is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
