ITEM 2.02 | Results of Operations and Financial Condition |
On November 5, 2021, Trinseo PLC, a public limited company (société anonyme) existing under the laws of Ireland (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. The Company intends to hold an investor call and webcast to discuss these results on Monday, November 8, 2021 at 10 AM Eastern Time. Ahead of this call the Company is also making available on its website an investor presentation, which will be discussed on the call and is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 hereto.
