Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 11, 2016 the Company posted on its blog and announced to its employees that the Company achieved double-digit revenue growth in 2015, that the Company added 150,000 net subscribers in 2015 and that the Company's subsidiary, Ancestry.com DNA, LLC, sold approximately 1 million DNA kits in 2015.
