Explanation of Responses:

1. On January 3, 2017, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 69,481 shares of common stock, which vests over a three year period in equal installments based on satisfaction of certain performance criteria for each of the applicable fiscal years. The performance criteria for fiscal 2017 was partially met, resulting in the vesting of the option for 20,219 shares.

2. Reflects an adjustment for previously reported options which had not yet vested or met performance criteria.
