On August 9, 2021, Tricida, Inc. (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing its financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2021. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. On July 28, 2021, the Company announced that it will host a conference call and webcast at 4:30 pm Eastern Time, on August 9, 2021, during which the Company will discuss its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021 and report its business progress.
