Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 29, 2021, Nemaura Medical Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the beta launch of MiBoKo, a new, metabolic health program utilizing a noninvasive glucose sensor along with an AI mobile application. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and, except with regard to the websites referenced therein, is incorporated herein by reference.
